Koti Baldeyan, Shimla

Tucked amidst the wind caressed deodhar forests & apple orchards, along a ridge between Craignanoo ( Coots Garden ) & Baldeyan, is Koti Resort. The Resort is 15 Kms further from Shimla, on the Mashobra-Naldhera Golf ground road, at a height of 6385 feet above sea level. It has a spectacular 360 degree panoramic view, of the Himalayas ,the Shali peak, jungle of Craignanoo, greens of Naldhera & Shimla. Accommodation
The Resort designed as a Swiss Chalet in 1992, has 40 elegantly furnished spacious rooms. Built along a central lawn, each room is individually designed in such a way that it offers a breathtaking view of the forest aglow with the setting sun. Gently draw the curtains & nature transports you into the timeless world of peace & tranquility

Dining
The dining hall with its majestic setting lends enchantment to a cozy meal. Its sun decks are an ideal place to enjoy a lazy late morning breakfast. The Resort serves Indian, Chinese, Continental & Mexican cuisine.

Conferences
The fully equipped board room spans over 1700 sq ft and offers ample space to accommodate 130 pax in a theatre style sitting. It is the ideal setting for corporate czars to dwell into facts and figures and for training programs that perfectly blend in with nature.

A conference at Koti is not only coffee, tea & cookies, it’s much more. The foremost being its environment. The spacious lawns overlooking Shali Valley is the perfect setting for the delegates to enjoy the beauty of nature as they are warmed by the glow of a crackling bonfire blazing in the stillness of the night over cocktails. The Post conference and other activities at the resort are its specialty.

Activities
• A picnic lunch or dinner on the bank of the Satluj River. The river has sulphur springs, which are just 25 km from the resort.
• A treasure hunt in the jungle.
• A game of golf at Naldhera golf course (which is just 5 minutes drive from the resort).
• Midnight walks in the jungle.
• A meditation session.
• DJ / live band / Himachal folk dance troupe etc are organized on request.
• River Rafting.
• In-house snooker and table tennis.
• For the kids we have horse riding, a game of cricket and swings & slides & many other activities.

Adventure Activities
Adventure activities are conducted by the resorts sister concern, Koti Adventure. The activities conducted are, Off road tours, Jeep Safaris, treks & overnight camping in the jungle, village tours and horse safari in the Himalayas.

Horse safaris in the Himalayas of 4 to 7 days duration with camping in the jungle are also conducted. Full precautions and safety measures are taken and the maximum possible comfort is provided for these activities.
